Ya know what's dumb? iPhone OS 3.0. I was, as a developer, trying to get my SDK for it. But no, I have to pay eighty bucks to get the SDK. That's dumb, if you ask me.
What's dumber is that I can't even develop in Mac OS Tiger, so I now have to go and upgrade to Leopard just to make an app.
Again, utter stupidity.

I don't think it is dumb, the present iPhone 3.0 SDK is in beta, in order to access it you have to be registered developer, otherwise you can download for free the 2.2.1 version which is more than enough if you are just starting (not considering that you wont be able to deploy anything based on 3.0 before summer, so I don't get your complaint).
If you want to develop with Flash CS4 and you own Flash CS3, you have to pay to upgrade, so again, what are you complaining about?
